What can you do when your cordless phone interferes with your baby monitor?

I have a 2.4ghz cordless phone and a 2.4 ghz baby monitor.

Oh, this used to happen to me all the time. Try chaning the channels on the monitor and the phone, if that does not help then you may need to get a new phone. Sorry.

Move them...by that I do not mean wave one around in the air; I mean change the location of one or the other. They are too close together...
