Everything! We grill shrimp, fish, chicken, steak, hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage links. I make foil packets and we make individual meatloafs with carrots and potatoes. We love to grill! My husband even grills in the winter when its snowing, its not just a summer thing for us.

I'm not a big BBQ sauce kind of person, so my grill doesn't get much action in the traditional sense.
What I do like is to blend chopped vegetables with olive oil and Italian herbs, then cook it in a grill wok.
The recipe:
One each: zucinni, yellow squash, red onion, green and red bell pepper.
Cut in chunks.
Add two chopped Portabello mushrooms (or two cups of uncut button mushrooms).
Coat with olive oil.
Blend in half-cup Italian seasoning.
Grill for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add a good bottle of red wine, some fresh crusty bread and cheese and be happy!

steaks, burgers, chicken, ribs, potatoes, corn on cob, hot dogs, italian sausages, kabasa, roasts, man this is making me hungry already. grilling foods seems to taste better to me than frying or baking.
