Drink loads of water, cut out bad carbs like white bread, sugar, cakes etc, fill up on fruit and veg, cut out junk, change from full fat milk to either semi or skimmed ewww, avoid eating any thing after 7pm, avoid beer and wine and if you must drink spirts with diet mixers
Take regular exercise 3 times a week, walk as much as you can, always take the stairs, ditch the car and walk to the shops, play tennis with a mate or go swimming with your friends

You need to stop taking in as many calories as you usually do and start exercising. You should start by cutting out the junk food and soda from your regular diet and start excersing. You should exercise for about a hour a day or when you have the time. Running, walking, doing situps and pushups will help tone your body and don't cost any money at all. You should eat as healthy as you possibley can and keep a food journal to keep track of how much you exercise and what you eat. Weigh yourself only once a week and write it down. I am sure you will see some pounds shed off if you do this and stick to it for about a month or two....good luck!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow. I believe it's only like $10 (or at least it was when I bought it) so it's not going to break the bank or anything.

You cannot do 25lbs in 45 days in a healthy way. A healthy weight loss is around 2lbs per week . Look at your intake, cut out sugary and fatty foods. Dont add fat to cooking if you can help it and dont fry foods. Cut off all visible fat from meat. Eat plenty of fruit and veg and eat complex carbohydrate rather than processed carbs (Look up the GI diet for more info). Exercise evry day, brisk walking is good, riding a bike, up and down stairs...you dont have to go to a gym to exercise.
Aim to cut 500 cals per day from your diet and you will lose weight!

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest for one minute. Then change the push approximately something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will improve results than a long work or swim.
