Curling Iron.

here are some suggestions to get wavy/curly hair. i havent tried some of them, but i ve heard that they work-
curl with iron or rollers
put some hairspray in ur hair before going to bed and the tossing and moving will create random waves
braid ur hair and when u remove it there will be waves
put some defining product in ur hair and keep twirling it around ur finger. then, finger comb gently through to separate the waves
use sea salt spray or surf spray. sea salt will give really pretty beach waves
use mousse
scruch it with gel
get a perm for a more lasting solution

good luck!

You can do it with a curling iron and a good product for your hair so it won't get burned. Be patient because straight hair is hard to make it curly.

wash your hair, and while it's still wet, put a good amount of mousse in it, then braid it and open it the next night and fluff it with your fingers, and apply a little more mousse...it will be nice and wavy. Also...if your hair has just a little bit of natural wave in it even, if you wash your hair at night and put a little mousse in it, and just sleep on it and let it dry naturally, it will have a great curly wave to it in the morning.

We always want the "other" style.if we have straight we want curly and vise-versa.Personally I make several small braids then put them up in sponge type rollers also put some styling gel on before you braid.i,ve had alot of success doing this and the curls and waves last a long time.Good luck

wash your hair, lightly towel dry it , comb setting lotion through your hair and then set your entire head of hair in salon type plastic mesh rollers and then either let your hair air dry or sit under a hooded dryer, This is the best way to create long lasting curls or waves in your hair,

Curling irons and heated rollers can cause heat damage to hair

Don't laugh, after you wash it rub in olive oil and let it set awhile. Then wash it again and a curling iron will work wonders with it. I'm serious my girl does it all the time. Also helps dry scalp.

I agree a curling iron or have your hair in a braid for a few days and when you take them out your hair will be really wavey.

you might want to try braiding it while it's wet and then sleeping on them overnight. in the morning, undo the braids and spray with a curling mist or hair spray. you can use your hands to scrunch up the waves so they're a little bouncier. good luck!
