I think I am a healthy fat and it looks good on me. What is your opinion? I am almost 400 pounds.

You look like someone who is naturally built that way, like a person of Samoan heritage! Are you of Samoan background? It's not that you eat like a pig or anything...It's just your natural metabolism and body shape. Your probably built with strong muscles to carry the weight properly...A "fat" person would not have that. They would be out of breath and feel tired...but not you, I think. ...Because You are not FAT...You are a voluminous and an attractive large person. We are who we are...I'm sort of a large person too.... It just is the way it is. I like it!

Anything more then what your average weight is like I am 6 foot 1 and I am suppose to stay in the 160 rage for my weight. anything more would be to much weight and would be dangerous for my health. Talk to a dietitian or a nutristionist they can help you loose weight the right way.

not to be rude or anything i think you would look a lot better if you would loose like 200 or so pounds. the more that you weigh the more the increase of heart attacks are in range for you.
