You should be able to cut a longhorn shape out of a big sheet cake, then ice in burnt orange and trim out in cream. Should be pretty cool. When are you having us over?

Wilton did make a Cuddles the Cow pan several years ago. It's a cow's head, and you could make it a longhorn by elongating the horns with icing. I've seen it on ebay occasionally.

I saw a Texas Longhorn Mold at www.earlenescakes.com/productorderform.htm,. but I don't know how big it is or if it can be used as a cake pan, because it doesn't state if it is plastic or aluminum.

make it in the shape of the helmet logo. Bake a BIG sheet cake and cut it out. Or you could make it out of chocolate "Buckeyes".
