So many cookies -- so little time. You can do a web search for cookie recipies and come up with more cookie flavors than you will ever have time to eat!! You can also use cake mix to make cookies. Do a web search for "Cookies from cake mix" -- lots of good ideas. These are also quick to make if you are pressed for time.

I just got this recipe from my mum today:
Chocolate Cookies

4oz (100g) butter
4oz (100g) granulated sugar
4oz (100g) soft light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
4oz (100g) wholewheat flour
4oz (100g) self-raising flour
6oz (150g) dark dessert chocolate

1. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, 190 degress C, Gas Mark 5
2. Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla essence. Stir in flours and mix well.
4. Chop chocolate and stir into mixture.
5. Spoon onto baking sheets with a dessert spoon and flatten slightly. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
6. Transfer to a colling rack and eat while still warm.

Yummy!

Depends on what kind of cookies. For chocolate chip I just follow the recipe on the bag, for oatmeal I follow the recipe on the box anything else I buy in the refrigerated section of my grocery store! Gotta love Pillsbury!
