Go live in a place where no one speaks English. By the end of the first week, you will actually start to THINK in the local language.
I kid you not... happened to me... one week in a rural Mexian village and I was THINKING in Spanish.

Hola, I live in Spain, there are tapes one can buy, but it is very basic. they can be got in the library in some parts of the UK.

Go to Barnes and Noble bookstore either in person or online. They have some good books and cds to learn it.

you can take clasess they help and videos well you can always look in google you dont have to live w/ some one that is hispanic to learn trust me Spanish is so easy you just have to put some efort in it.
