I do not need info on why this happenes or anything... I just want to know how I can calm down or just do something to stop it from turning red when it does. I am not embarresed or anything, my face just turns red when attention is drawn to me, at times. I know I cannot stop this, but how can I relax or breathe or somthing so that I will get back to normal fast, and not be so red?

Wow. Interesting question. You say you are not embarassed or anything, but you say that it turns red when attention is drawn. Sounds like you are embarrassed, or "uncomfortable". You've recognized this and want to change. So instead of the anxiety you get from attention, direct your mind to something else. Attention is neither negative nor possitive...it just is. Allow attention to be there, as we all are subjects to that. Breath, talk to yourself and put your mind in a place of "whatever". Train your mind.

My face would turn red when a certain person would walk in the room. I just thought about it and retrained myself to see that person from a different perspective, and it worked.

If you turn red when attention is drawn to you, by the information you've provided, you are probably shy? If thats the case, you need to learn how to get over the shyness, which is something only you can do, but you can get little help from others such as friends or family.

Its a circulation problem, you may not be getting the nutrition that you need, you could be a smoker or a drinker.
If its circulation, and the doctor rules everything else out - its probably hereditary.
My ears do that, but I'm a girl and can cover it up!
