They are too busy doing everything else BUT driving. Talking on the phone, putting on make-up, eating, fighting with the kids, you name it. It's really scary actually.

Not everyone is rude and nasty, but for the ones who are I think it is b/c they are spending too much time in traffic & have a bit of road rage going on. The world is only getting more & more crowded & we need to learn to deal with our anger & stress better than taking it out on other drivers. I just try to be courteous and hope that karma-wise I receive the same in return.

I think people generally are getting more and more selfish nowadays. Lack of respect for other people with different values, not tolerating people of different cultures and gender, and hostility toward people with disability are the main reasons why becoming more selfish today.

No one bothers to teach them manners when they're young. People need to be taught manners before they're even in school, and the teaching needs to continue until they are adults and/or on their own.
(Maman lectured me on manners and posture right up to the day I got married at 19...and continued afterwards till she died, whenever she got the chance!)

I think its because they try to act all bad in public so they treat you so terrible...I mean they shouldn't do that stuff it is mean and cruel to earth...
