You can go into the restaurant inspection arm of local government, you can go into private industry doing industrial inspection, you can work for a company that does drug testing, you can work for a company that tests water for construction site companies, to make sure they don't contaminate. You can go into journalism, as there seems to be a singular lack of understanding of science among that group. There are lots of job opportunities with that degree.

There are a lot of lab positions available around the country, working for pharmeceutical companies, water companies, manufacturers...
Mostly you will have to settle working as a lab tech for a while. After a year's time in the field though many more oppurtunities open up... you can teach, you are more likely to get a job in pharmeceutical sales...
Your best bet with Biology is to pick up a masters, or go on to some other higher education. I.E. Dental School, Medical School, Nursing School, Pharmeceutical School... you get the idea.
