I'm like you, I have tried EVERYTHING, and the one thing that definitely wont irritate or make it worse is SUDACREM, if its good enough for a baby's bottom, then its good enough to put on a spot. I use it all the time, and its takes the swelling down, reduces the redness and takes the pain out.
Put a small amount on the spot when you go to bed, DO NOT rub it in, just put the blob on and leave it, you will find it has improved by the following morning. If it is a really really bad spot, you may find that it will draw the puss out overnight, but it will still relieve the swelling and soreness.
Happy spot busting.

Drink a lot of water (Ten 8oz glasses a day). Take a multivitamin. Don't go overboard with the products. Only wash your face before you go to bed or after your workout to rinse off the sweat. Try using AcneFree, similiar to Proactiv. You can get it at Wal-Mart for under $20. Hope this has helped! :)

You are over-treating it, i used to do the same thing, and it didnt help me one bit. wash your face with a mild cleanser and use an oil-absorbing moisturizer from the SAME BRAND/LINE. If u mix all sorts of brands, chemical reactions could occur, causing you to break out. Also, dont touch it. just leave it alone. if you keep poking at it, the oils from your fingers will only make it worse. dont use masks with granuoles because those irritate the zits. keep washing your face twice a day, but dont over do it. make sure you aren t using any oil-based makeup. when looking for a product, look for benzoyl peroxide, but DONT OVER-TREAT YOUR SKIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't stress over it. Just relax. sometimes it's because of stress that makes your skin horrible. Get a lot of sleep.
