what is the best and most proficient medicine to take to get rid of or cure Hepatitus B? Which is also a medication which will not have too many dangerous or irratating side effects and will get rid of the virus for good? Could someone please tell me one or at least a few names of good medications?

There is no cure for hepatitis B (HBV). Once you get it, you have it for life. Most people are able to fight the virus enough that it essentially lies dormant with only occasional flare-ups. Acute flare-ups usually resolve on their own. People with chronic HBV (evidence of viral activity for >6 months straight) are usually treated with interferon-alpha or lamivudine (3TC). Adefovir or famciclovir are other antivirals that can be used.

The best thing you can do is avoid getting it. There is a recombinant vaccine available that provides long term immunity.
