If my female St. Bernard is in heat, will she eat more, or does that mean she's pregnant?

She won't need to eat more if she's only in heat. Being in heat doesn't mean she IS pregnant, just means she can get pregnant if she mates during this time.
If she is pregnant, she will need to eat more. If you think she may be pregnant, get her to the vet to be sure and discuss proper feeding for an expecting mom.

Many dogs adapt odd behaviors during Estrus, eating more, eating less,needing to go outside more often, new behaviorial issues.Every dog is different.
Was she exposed to an unaltered male?If so, bring the dog to the vet.

No she won't eat more. Just keep her away from the males and be prepared to clean up her spots and drips. It's best to keep her outside if you don't want blood on the floors or carpets.

well has she matted with another dog and if so than yes she Will eat more to feed her puppy's inside her.

you should go to the vet and check because to answer this i need to see the dogs belly. :)
