Splenda or stevia makes a good substitute. Splenda is a little better because it's hard to tell the difference.

There are artificial sweetener available in the market,but you can use Honey, Maple syrup,Golden syrup,or you can use yogurt which is very tasty in ice cream without sugar.Donot use sour yogurt
