see a dr:
Varicocele (pronounced: var-uh-koh-seal). This is a varicose vein (an abnormally swollen vein) in the network of veins that run from the testicles. Varicoceles commonly develop while a guy is going through puberty. A varicocele is usually not harmful, although in some people it may damage the testicle or decrease sperm production, so it helps for a guy to see his doctor if he's concerned about changes in his testicles.

I think that if this is really bothering you the best thing to do is see a Doctor. I am, of course, not a man therefore i don't know how you could be feeling. However if anything suspicious happens concerning my body, i go to the gynecologist and ask questions. Or you can call your doctor. That is the best way to get an answer you can trust. I pray that nothing is wrong with you, but call your doctor and try to schedule a visit.

If the girl your sleeping with notices it and makes comments about it then she is not in to you just what you look like down there and that is not cool. It is what's on the outside that counts. I am a girl and should know that by now. My Ex-boyfriend break up with me because of the same problem that you have. I told him it didn't matter at all but he still break up with me no matter what i tried doing or saying.

I think it depends on which side of your body you sleep on, and which hand is your dominate, but I don't think it has anything to do with weight... I can't believe I am talking about this...8D I am 18 and my left hangs lower and I am right handed. I think just about all men "suffer" from the same thing. I think you'll be fine dude. lol.

It won't effect your sexual performance. Yes it's normal, women may or may not notice.

Women generally have slight differences in their breast size, most people have differences in foot and hand sizes... it's NATURAL, don't sweat it.

I'm not sure, I'm not a guy.

I would have to do an examination myself.
