take an iron pill - seriously. freous gluconate is the best. but any one will do. (iron is for your blood system - bruising is from blood cloting)
hope this helps.
thanks for the 2pts

A bruise is a small pool of blood under the skin caused by broken blood vessels. Depending on how deep it is, sometimes gently massaging the area helps to break up the coagulation and make the bruise less noticable. If that doesn't work, make-up or nylons may be your best bet.

Vitamin K cream helps with bruising. Also icing the bruise soon after initial injury really helps.

regrettably no - Bruises are brought about from broken blood vessels and the pooling of blood interior the prompt area. hence - using fact the project is below the exterior and deals with injury to very tiny vessels - no volume of creams, potions or creams will do something to unravel your issue. the sole component it extremely is medically familiar to do away with pooled blood (on a small scale from bruising) is leeches. Leeches artwork using fact they suck the pooled blood from below the 1st layer or 2 of epidermis....(i do no longer think of it extremely is a reasonable selection for you!) the final component for bruises is time. happy waiting.

Rub the bruise with a hair brush or tooth brush in a circular motion. It's worked on hickies for me, so I assume it would work on a regular bruise.

Well since you probably had it for awhile ice is no longer going to help you.
Next time this happens, you should put ice on it, then heat after 48 hours.

Nothing but time will heal a bruise. Other ideas....like combing it or rubbing it with a penny.....FALSE!

Use a good concealer like Dermablend.
