you obviously have an issue with your weight and an eating disorder. it would eventually kill you....

and since you knew what you were doing it would be considered suicide and your parents would not be able to collect any life insurance money because you took you own life.

DO NOT do this. You need to eat some real food no matter how much you weight. If you are worried about your weight then try drinking a glass of water before you eat, this will help fill you up. But you DO need to eat. Just watch your portion size and eat healthy food, not junk food. You shouldn't have more than 10 glasses of water a day, you CAN get sick from drinking too much water.

What the hell is wrong with you??? Stop trying to be like the lastest star and eat. Your only 15 years old nutrition is really important at your age. And if you drink 15 glasses of water a day all thats gonna happen are frequent visits to the washroom.

I am not exactly sure why you would do something like this. You are certainly looking at anorexic type behavior, which is not cool or cute and can lead to serious physical problems including death

But to answer your question you probably have or are close to

1. throwing off your electrolite balance

2. tearing down muscle to use for energy (yes, your heart is also a muscle)

3. Doing metabolic damage (each pound of muscle burns 40 calories metabolically)

4. Doing serious metabolic damage (your body's strongest mechanism is self defense and will slow the rate that it burns calories down to the rate at which calories are coming in)

5. Teaching your body to store fat (fat is a life sustaining nutrient in the absense of food (energy) it will hold onto it's fat stores as a way of self preservation

6. Developing a seriuosly bad habit

depends on how long you want to keep that up. One day, no problem, it will cleanse your body and help it to run efficiently, two days, you will start getting weak, the body will think you are starving and will conserve fat. Three days or longer and the symptoms intensify. If weight loss is your goal, this is NOT the way to achieve it. You won't lose an ounce until ten days are gone, and then it will be muscle tissue burned, and the fat will still be stored. By then you will also be suffering with malnutrition, and things like your hair falling out, your teeth getting loose and your gums bleeding start in. Three weeks, you die.

You'd have no energy, your ability to think would rapidly decline, you'd lose muscle mass, you'd feel terrible, and your overall quality of life would drop off a cliff, pretty much.

That's VERY, VERY dangerous and EXTREMELY unhealthy! DO NOT DO IT.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an
extremely powerful effect on you.
Check out http://www.ObesityKills.iConfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does
it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Hope that helps.

DONT...focus more on being a kid...its a time of life that is so short, yet so precious. If you want to lose weight, walk 30 - 45 minutes a day and follow a lo fat, hi protein, lo carb diet.

You'd be very sick very soon. It could stunt your growth, stop your puberty, you can have organ failure (kidneys, liver, heart, etc.)

Is it worth it? No. It's not worth it to lose a couple of pounds that I'm SURE you don't need to lose anyway.

I think its kinda bad because you need food for your system. Nothing will happen, except you'll be hungry.
