How to potty train? The child must be aware of their body functions, so don't start too young. Don't punish bad results, reward good results with praise. It is more like training the parent to pay attention: after eating, waking up, get a feel for when the child needs to go, don't wait too long between potty runs. Make it fun and not a punishment.

well potty training takes time and alot and i mean alot of patience so get ready for it!! make sure that ur child can at least tell u the difference in their diaper- that's when u know that ur child is ready. if he/she can tell u if they did pee or poop then that's a start. make sure u put the potty in the bathroom, take ur child every half an hour to the potty and sit them down and tell the child pee or poop goes here. wait a few minutes and if nothing then say "ok we'll try again later", u might sound like a broken record but u have to keep asking ur child if he/she has to do pee or poop. read books about potty training to ur child, show him/her potty videos (there's an elmo potty training video), and even try taking the child to the bathroom with u when u go- children tend to imitate what they see- especially if mommy or daddy is the one doing it. good luck!

If you have a boy put some cheerios in the water tell him to aim for them. If he can hit them he get's a sticker or some kind of reward. Works like a charm. If you have a girl you should be very generous with praise and also use the reward system. Trying not to fall off or fall in is the scariest part for a little one.

Sammy, i urge to variety. My 2 year previous grandson confirmed a prepared pastime. it is in basic terms very perplexing for them to get it throughout the time of that they could desire to flow. Many toddlers are no longer off the sippy at this factor which makes it even harder. i'll assert this lots, although, in case you are able to seize them grunting, placed them on the rest room or the pot. in the event that they're dry after a nap or interior the morning, with the help of all potential placed them on the rest room. Get them used to it and that they gained't be afraid to apply the potty. I made a interest of them sitting on the potty. make an effort to verify a e book or play be conscious video games with them. you additionally can use sign language with them if their language isn't okay progressed. i got here upon this to be an invaluable gadget.

Potty training takes alot of time and patience. Only your child can tell you (not in words, but through a variety of behaviors) when he or she is ready for potty training. I was potty training my son for over a year and all it took was some Thomas The Train underwear!!!!!
