No salt on my eggs, only pepper!

Usually none, because the eggs are in my stomach within 5 seconds anyway. But if the eggs are hard-boiled, then I use about half a teaspoon per egg. ;) Rough estimate.

on hard boiled eggs just a tiny bit w/ ground pepper

any other way eggs are cooked - no salt, but definately ground pepper.

A lot of salt may harm your kidneys or your urine system. If you eat it in two bites, then i suppose that 10 crystalls would be enough

funny u ask cuz i asked myself that last night. i had 2 hardboiled eggs that i ate and i dumped the salt on . so good
