Dragon naturally speaking, IBM via voice, etc are good for reading text to speech however, if you are looking for one that will do good speech to text, there is no such unless you are willing to pay a couple grand for the software and another 500 for a good mic! You might do a search for some free software also. By the way, none of them will read pdf files because they arent text files. They are pictures of text files and the text cant be recognized!
