there isnt a specific percentage change function but
try Difference/Original*100

You could not explain clearly what you need.Anyway use simple " n * n% "as we use manually in mathmatics where n stnads for number wich's percentage is required and n% stands for required percentage.
such as =a3*26%
If you really need this simple percentage formula and no a complex one.

try going to the spread sheet and clikc on per centage at the top
