Click on excel icon to start running excel. Voila, a spreadsheet appears. Enter data in the different cells and use functions to combine the data as you need.

Example: Suppose you want to find 2+3+4=?

Enter 2 in cell A1
Enter 3 in cell A2
Enter 4 in cell A3

in cell A4 enter "=sum(A1..A3)" The result "9" will be displayed in cell A4.
