The simplicity is nice, but there needs to be some kind of artists statement that tells us why you chose to shoot toy cars. Also, I don't really understand the use of pastel colors as backgrounds. If there is a reason for it , think about whay that is and why you chose it. Perhaps you thought it just "looked cool" but that may not ge a good enough answer. Also, why did you choose to shoot the bottom one at a tilted angle and the rest are fairly level? These are questions you would be asked in my critique classes and I hope they help you figure out your project. Good luck.

I like your stuff. There's a couple that don't do much for me, But over all I think you have a good eye and I think you could do a lot with it.

My fave's are "Flames of Nature" and The Path Beyond". "Cold Blood" and "Faith" really don't do much for me. Your other stuff is much better.

Could I make One tiny suggestion. There's something in classic that drives me nuts. The chick with the big butt with the guy and the seagull above the building. If it was possible to wait until these things cleared the shot it would have been much better and cleaner. The focal point is the Triumph but your eye ends up on the people and the bird eventually. I still like it though. Other people have said this but your stuff is simple. That's a good thing. Too many times people try and cram in every bit of info they can into a shot and you loose the concept and focus. That's what's wrong (in my mind anyway) with "Classic". Those few things made it too busy.

Keep it up! It's cool work!

I looked at your whole gallery, and I like your photo "Old Man" the best. It has interesting shadows as part of the composition, and the composition itself is offcenter and edgy. Putting things off center is a great way to add interest to your images. I also noticed that you like to do macro images, so I challenge you to get even closer and at unexpected angles, both tilting the camera and where your camera is relative to the subject.
I have art on deviantart too. I'm teddiem.

I think you should get an account on myartspace.com. It is free. The site is not even fully launched yet and it already offers more than what a lot of other art sites offer.

Good use of composition, some of the pieces are alittle plain just missing somethink but apart from that they're good.. like the simplicity..
