This is a salmon casserole recipe with noodles.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can (16 ounces) salmon, drained and flaked
4 ounces medium noodles, cooked
1/4 cup sliced black olives, optional
1 cup soft bread crumbs tossed with 1 tablespoon melted butter
PREPARATION:
In saucepan cook green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until tender. Add soup and milk; heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Add cheese; stir until melted. Stir in salmon, drained noodles and olives.

Transfer mixture to a 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4.

Salmon Noodle Casserole
1 package macaroni and cheese mix
1/2 cup milk
1 can salmon, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup peas, frozen
1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms (optional)
Make mac and cheese according to pkg.
Then in a 9x13-inch dish mix all ingredients together including prepared mac and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Salmon Alfredo Casserole
CASSEROLE
2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles (4 oz.)
2 cups frozen sugar snap peas
1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated low fat alfredo sauce
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon, drained, skin and bones removed, flaked
TOPPING
2 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon margarine or butter, melted
Heat oven to 350.
In large saucepan, cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package, adding peas during last minute of cooking time. Drain; return to saucepan.
Stir in Alfredo sauce, milk and dill; mix well. Gently stir in salmon. Pour into ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole.
In small bowl, combine topping ingredients, mix well. Sprinkle over top.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and thoroughly heated

CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 3 cups cubed chicken 3/4 cup chicken broth 3 tbsp flour 1/4 cup butter 2 1/2 tbsp onions (chopped) 1 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 oz jalepeno peppers 1 tsp salt 1 doz. tortillas, pulled into pieces, or taco chips 1/2 cup shredded cheese (preferably sharp) 1 1/2 cup chopped stewed/canned tomatoes Melt butter, add onions and saute about 5 minutes. Add flour and cook till bubbly. Pour milk and broth in gradually, stirring until smooth. Add peppers and tomatoes and stir. In a large casserole spread a layer of meat, then tortillas or tacos and cheese, repeat until all is used up. Pour sauce over this and sprinkle with cheese over entire casserole. Bake at 350F degrees for 1/2 an hour our until bubbly. Serve hot.
