oily fish is very good for this. Also try a supplement of fish oil capsuels - they will do the trick.

Salmon has a good amount of Omega 5 in it, which does a lot of things for you. Also, Taurine I find is fairly good for this, as well as keeping me awake during those long overnights at work.

I am surprised no one has mentioned Gingko biloba.
Ginkgold is the cadillac brand name. Make sure any product you buy is standardized.
A good multiple vitamin-mineral won't do your brain any harm either.
