I lost 112 pounds by losing it slowly. I was happy at losing 1-5 pounds amonth. It took me 1.5 years to lose it but it is gone. I exercised daily so that I would not have the flabby skin. I started out only being able to walk 7 minutes and gave up that day. I went back out the next day and walked 15 minutes. I can now jog and love to jog 3-5 days per week up to 1 hour. You can do this !

if you do work out and eat right why are you worried about pills that do absolutely nothing but cause weight gain after the use is discontinued and aren't guaranteed and may cause problems.
eating right and exercise is enough.

i'm not insulting you but many times i find eating right isn't right... a 'right' may constitute to a 'wrong' because sometimes certain good foods just don't do enough or you may find that your body doesn't need as much of the element OR worse yet you may have an allergy which can prevent proper weight maintenance too.

I know you told me not to but...
Since I started walking 5 days a week (at work), and eating only when I'm hungry (because of work) I have been losing weight like crazy. I drink diet pop like I need it to survive, and still my pants don't fit. I've lost at least 20 pounds in about 3 months. I personally wouldn't use pills. Because as soon as you get off of them, you gain the weight back. You could take them the rest of you life of course, but that would get a lil pricey. I would just eat little, drink lots, and walk, or swim, or jump rope or something.
