I apologize for using your question to vent...but I found the following response to be extremely ignorant! Oh...and thanks for the suggestion! I was thinking big green rainboots under my dress (live in Seattle), but D.M.'s would be perfect!
"Your wedding day is a day to celebrate your femininity! Wear something that makes you look like a girl and not a construction worker. "
Forget that! This is 2006! The bride can do what she wants! I am getting married by the cast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. I suppose you think I should be absolutely miserable and get married in a church instead?!? Not all women want to be June Cleaver!

Amazon or Ebay would be two good bets. Or what about the Doc Martins website? I love the idea of wearing Docs for your wedding. I'm wearing White Chuck Taylors!

Oh, boots. I thought perhaps you were looking for a Dungeon Master to call your wedding.

Just click on the styles to see the colors they have...they are also a little cheaper than in you were to go to a store. http://www.supercasuals.com/category.cfm/173
