When does the behavior occur? During bedtime only? If so, then she is controlling the situation by controlling you. When she does this, you probably go to comfort her and make her stop - pick her up, etc. Instead, give her a pillow or move her bed away from the wall, and let her go. She'll eventually wear herself out when she realizes that she no longer recieves positive reinforcement for negative behavior.
Reward her only for GOOD behavior.

Yes, at 28 months it sounds like your daughter has a typical case of "the terrible twos" - and relax, that is completely normal!

There is heaps of literature you can read about "the terrible twos" syndrome and some great tips available on-line.

The following links will bring you to two websites that are particularly helpful. Have a look for yourself.

Good luck - but don't worry, sounds completely normal!

Sounds like what my 3 year old used to do when he got frustrated/mad. Try to find out what they're frustrated with, and if they're just throwing a fit discipline them.
