My husband is making his excellent stuffed bread today. I made the bread dough, he fills it with pesto, pepperoni, jalapenos, and tons of cheese, it's great!

But when I make bread again, I'm wondering what other ingredients I could put in just to make it different. Broccoli and cheese? I'm stuck. I don't need a recipe, just an idea for fillings.

How about adding little Pieces of ham with the broccoli and cheese?

What about some leeks and minced meat? First, you have to slice a leek into fine rings. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the leeks until soft. Then, add in the minced meat and cook until it changes colour.

What about foods that you enjoy as pizza toppings? (Like sausage, peppers, onions, olives, cheese, etc. - "combination" pizza stuff.)
