Yes they do. However, if you leave the casino and want to purchase alcohol, different laws apply. Tunica County does have Sunday beer sales, many surrounding counties don't. And there are many counties in Mississippi that don't allow alcohol sales at all.
But the casinos at Tunica are great! I really enjoy getting to go -- they are about 2 hours away, far enough to get away from the teenagers, but close enough to go when we want to. Probably going this weekend!
