I just recently had plastic surgery and it made a huge difference. I also purchased new clothing and began applying makeup to look more attractive. My question is Do you guys think it's possible to change a first impression? Like say someone thought you were unattractive but now you are attractive, Do you think those past thoughts are ingrained in their minds or when people see someone that is attractive they knew before they forget about what they use to think of them?

I think it depends on how drastic the plastic surgery was. If you look nothing like you did before, it might be a little weird to get used to.

It has to improve the first impression any guy or even girl has of you. If you look more attractive, of course men will look at you in a different way. You are more feminine, more sexy probably, and sophisticated too. This is called scoring points. It's not shallow to like attractive women, it's shallow to judge people from their looks. beauty is good in every context believe me. so you did the right thing and keep going.
But first impression comes definitely from looks...you can't see someones "soul" at first sight right? and even if someone had a bad impression of you it will change for better, so don't worry they're not being properly shallow.
