It depends on what type of wood is used to build it.

Woods are of different densities therefore same size piece of different woods would have a different weight.

Try comparing balsa wood with say oak, you will see a great difference.

If you are talking about a completed house then it would depend on many other factors. Such as wall materials, roofing, plumbing and on and on and on.

Why do you ask, are you going to move one?
