tell the owner of the store. let it be known that you don't have to spend your money there with that rude little girl. neither does your family or your friends.

take a picture of the girl with her uniform on (at work). go to copy store. have flyers made up saying how rude she is to old people. have the name of the store on it. hand them out. (hand them out to people walking into the mall area - not directly in front of the door.)

Basically all you can do is give her write ups. I don't know the law in your state, but here in Texas and when I lived in Oregon, you need three write ups against an employee and you can fire them. And unless they have good evidence against the write up, usually the Employment Department will take your side and the former employee cannot draw on unemployment benefits.

Although, I just realized that you aren't her manager, that you were an innocent bystander. In which case you need to tell the manager at the store.

I had a customer complain against me one time because she said I was yelling at an old man. But the kicker was that the old guy was one of my regulars and we had a good relationship, but he was deaf as a post which is why I was yelling (and when I talk loud it sounds like I'm screaming, I can't control it, it's my voice). Anyway, when my old guy heard that woman pitching a fit because I was "yelling" at him, he called her a fat cow and told her to mind her own damn business! hahahahah!

I would right out an official complaint.
If you ever find that woman again, get her to give evidence against him.

If you ever see, record him; make notes on him and do everything that you jolly well can to get him fired.

I hope he rots in hell!
