Even though I went to the neurologist about my migraines, I still get a headache everyday. My stomach feels either queezy or a little nauseated almost everyday. I'm also weak and tired alot. I am only 19 years old! All of this shouldn't be going on.

I see that some of you are wondering if I should take a pregnancy test. Well, I am on the pill, I am still having normal periods, and I haven't had sex in about 2 months. So that's obviously not apart of my problem.
I am going to get blood work done this coming Saturday. Then I am also scheduled to get an MRI this coming Tuesday.

Do you drink a lot of caffeine (coffee, coke)?
Do you eat a lot of sugary foods?
I would try getting some allergy tests done. it's possible it's food allergies, etc.
I found when I started drinking 8+ glasses of water a day that I stopped having as many headaches.
I also try to avoid processed foods and completely got rid of dairy (turns out I was allergic).
It's also possible you are not eating enough food. make sure you are getting all the calories you need.
Light to moderate exercise (walking, etc.) can also help

Before I start, let me say that I agree with Kitia 98. See your doctor and eat sensibly. Now the next step. Headaches can come from anxiety, stress & worry, etc. At 19 years of age, you may be anxious about dating, or do you like someone who doesn't give you a second look? Are you over-weight or underweight? Are there some problems with your home life, or at work,or college, if you are furthering your education, etc? All these things can give you a headache and make your stomach feel queezy. Do you lie in bed at night, thinking about what MIGHT happen tomorrow, OR could you possibly , secretly be ashamed about something you said or did to someone? Are you wondering what to say to that person who you will see the next day? Say "I'm sorry". Apologizing will show the person that you have a heart, after all! All these anxieties could be the culprit. Do you have NICE friends, who don't have any BAD habits that you know of? I could go on and on - for instance, are you self-conscious and feel like "backing away" when you know you're going to meet someone through a friend, etc? Last but not least -DO YOU LIKE YOURSELF? If you don't, you may feel that no one else will like you and worrying about that could definitely make you feel ill. Try to take your thoughts OFF OF YOURSELF and think about keeping yourself busy by helping or being kind to other people. Just talking to someone in a department store who you never saw before - and telling her that she has pretty hair, or her shoes are a nice style, can make a difference in how you feel - and that's a good start to smiling and liking yourself. I've been through some of this myself a long time ago, and had to learn the hard way. People would tell me that I'm a "worry-wart" and to "get with it". So I started to keep myself busy. After going to quite a few doctors, I was told that I MUST realize that the only one who can help me, is ME. I'm on your side and if you try some of these things that I mentioned, I'll bet you'll forget about having headaches, and suddenly realize that you haven't had a headache in quite a while. I pray it's your answer. You're too young to feel this way. Good luck to you.

The Only way you are going to find out
what is causing your feelings of illness is by going back
to your gp and undergoing tests. He/she will usually start with full blood tests.
Lots of things can cause headaches, and it looks as though the more serious have been ruled out(from your neurologist).
You may be suffering from an allergy.
You did mention nausea every day, weakness and tiredness.
Just out of curiosity, have you taken a pregnancy test?
You are only 19 and yes that's very young to be feeling ill.
How is your emmotional state of mind?
Sometimes anxiety and depression can make us feel ill.
The best thing to do would be to see your doctor and have some further tests done.
I don't think it would be anything too serious.
Best of Luck!

Unless you might be pregnant or have some other illness, like anemia (common in women your age--are your periods heavy? ), I agree w/Gem. Carbon monoxide may not be the only culprit, if you have gas heat. You can either test for both with sensors (buy them anywhere, such as a hardware store), OR have the board of health come in and test the air and your heating system for you. You could die in your sleep, if this IS the problem!
Other than the above, stress, hormones and yes, caffeine, can contribute to migraines. If none of the things above turn out to be the case, then have a full physical and ask for a CBC (complete blood count), a CT scan (with resolution) or MRI, to rule out something more serious.
Good luck!

Kitia had a lot of good points, most importantly the water. Drink more water and the nausea should abate.
One more thing you may investigate, your symptoms sound like they may be related to carbon monoxide poisoning. Could be coming from the vehicle you drive around in or your house. The first questions would be do you notice the symptoms are worse on certain days?, at work or home?, after you ride in the car? Has your doctor checked your blood oxygen levels?
Just a thought, as I once lived in an apartment that was slowly killing me with carbon. I figured it out when I spent a week away and felt better, turns out the heating & hot water system was leaking deadly gas into the building.

Go see a doctor and ask to be checked totally. I mean all kind of analysis 9Urine, feces, blood, cardiogram, cephalogram). This kinda stuff may bear a serious thing such as water poisoning by arsenic or some other stuff. Good luck and be strong
