that does seem very late.
although I have heard other people tell me that their 12 month old has no teeth.
As long as her pediatrician isn't concerned, I'd just let time do it's job.
~~EDIT~~
I found this:
There is a wide variation in the time when teething is expected to start. However, if no teeth have appeared by the age of 13 months, it is considered delayed teething. Delayed teething often runs in families, but may be caused by defects of the thyroid and parathyroid glands, poor nutrition, vitamin D deficiency (rickets), or calcium deficiency. Some children have no identifiable cause for delayed teething.
An individual tooth may be delayed because of obstruction to eruption. This could be because of crowding of teeth, or hardening (fibrosis) of the gums.

don't worry too much if her pediatrician is not concerned. my daughter had her teeth kinda late too; she had like 4 or 6 teeth for a long time and then, around 22-24 months old, they all came out at the same time. there was some crying and fussing (fever, etc) involved but next thing we knew, she was done!

My little sister (I am quite a bit older then her) didn't get teeth until she was 2! All kids develop differently. If you are worried, talk to your pediatrician.

Don't worry about it. My youngest's teeth were slow to come in, and slow to lose. She just lost her last baby tooth at 13...now we get to start on braces.
