the answer is no you cannot fill out an application online. You can however call the head start nearest you and request that an application be mailed to you. fill it out and send it back as soon as possible. there are children who qualify who are left out every year because of funding and the problem continues to get worse every year.

my son attended Head Start 2 years in a row and I loved the program. this year in Kindergarten he is noticeably ahead of those children who weren't in the program.

i dont think so..i think u have to go to the place where the head start program is bein held and get one...
