Don't do it by eating junk or fat. First have your thyroid checked. You may have an over active thyroid and fixing that may solve your problem and stop other problems from popping up. Second, eat more starches and less meat. This is actually good for the body and will add healthy weight to someone who needs it. Also eat a bedtime snack that's high in carbs, like a piece of bread with cream cheese or a small potato with a little olive oil and salt.

Well i'm 5'8' 128lbs. I,ve been this size since my daughter was born 16 years ago,but my aunt always told me old age is when i,m going to gain my weight.NOT!But what I did realize is that when I was pregnant i ate lots of junk food in mylast stages and that's where I gained most of my weight,I also liked foods like rice,fried potatoes macaroni,and McDonalds double cheeseburgers and I put on 45lbs. in 6 wks.So I would suggest that you pig out because your metabolism burns fat fast.or try something that would slow down your metabolism,but the best advice anyone would be able to give you would come from a Dr. Good Luck!

Well, I managed to gain a lot more than that by going on the depo shot...or you could join my profession and be a trucker the food will help you gain wieght...

we could just trade bodies...I am having the exact opposite problem, and need to shed 10 to 15 lbs.

eat a lot of bread, rice, potatoes, snack cakes, chips and get an office job and sit on yourass all day. worked for me, and i didn't even want the extra 15 pounds!! LOL
