The fastest way to lose weight is to drink water before you eat, while you eat, after you eat. Every time you become thirsty, drink water, NOT soda or anything with a high amount of caffeine.
I have drunk "Friut2o" by the case. (Strawberry is my Fav.) It is not too sweet and it is very refreshing. No Fat, No Carbs, No Caffeine, No Calories, and Only 5mg of Sodium. It comes in a variety of flavors. I hate plain water, water out of the tap and all plain bottled water. But this water is really good in my opinion.
I found this product and it caused me to lose weight by drinking it in the place of soda. I did not know this was going to happen, but it did.
I lost about 20#'s or so. Another tip to weight loss, is to eat what you want and do not deprive yourself of what you crave, it will only cause you to eat more then what you wanted in the first place.

Drink lots of water. Eat healthy. Stop eating that pizza at school. Join a gym and if you cant afford it or dont have a ride then run around your block or nearest park. Also target areas on your body that you really want to look better in like perhaps your abs? Everyone has abs but it's the fat that is over it that doesnt allow it to show. Also, how is your endurance? Are you active? I would start with a walk of 30 minutes a day and then power walking for 45 minutes when you feel like you can go longer. Then try running 20 minutes and 20 minutes walking. It's good for your heart. LOST OF CARDIO! Also, remember that you cant spot reduce. You will most likely lose weight everywhere or in some places depending on your body. Set up a scale in your bathroom and weigh yourself everyday after you pee. Maybe you have some water weight so try taking diurex a few times at your own will. But stay hydrated. Take a picture of yourself now and hang it on your wall in your room. Get plenty of rest and write down your goals. This should remind you that you want to achieve the look your going for. If you do this, your most likely able to lose weight and see results much quicker than usual. If you want diet pills then I guess thats fine. I used mega-T ephedra free and lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Then I decided to tone up after. But you have to follow your plan and stick to it or you'll end up disappointed. Try doing different workouts and limiting the intake of calories and carbs. Snack in between meals. Stay away from rice and fatty foods. NO MCDONALDS! Tuna sandwiches, corn flakes, fish, chicken, lean meats veggies, fruits, juices.
Remember that in order to see results you have to take in less calories than you consume a day. Set up cheating days 1 or 2 times a week but no more. This way, you sort of trick your body into believing your not really on a diet. Your body can recognize what your doing and adapt quite well which in a way is not good because it defeats the purpose of a diet. Remeber that people are right when they say that "Your only cheating yourself"! Have a nice day and good luck!

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

If there was an easy way there would be no overweight people. You have to excercise a lot to lose weight fast. Run 6 to 10 miles a day.

as a nurse, i know the ONLY way to lose weight is to take in less calories than you spend! if you don't exercise at all, start! you don't have to run a marathon, but you do have to get off your butt! try brisk walking for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. you'll be amazed how fast you will not only lose weight, but get better toned also! if you drink soda, stick with 0 cal sodas. eat well, not crap. start your good habits now and you will stay healthy for the rest of your life! remember....you didn't put on your weight overnight, you won't lose it overnight either. good luck! sandy

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow.

cut your caloric intake and increase your excercise....to burn the weight off. I drink a glass of water before every meal, helps me eat less. also...I eat SMALL portions every 2-3 hours, that starts and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate than eating huge meals only 2-3 times a day.
