No, there is no cure for most cancers, I am a nurse and I work in pharmaceutical research and we are not hiding anything. Cancers have many causes, and there are many types. Trying to find a magic bullet drug that would kill all of them is impossible.
You are indulging in useless conspiracy theories. Now go bug the auto manufacter's about their engine that gets 100 miles to the gallon.
PS, my mother is a breast cancer survivor and my father had prostate cancer, if you think I had a cure I would have given it to them? My mom went through chemo and a mastectomy.

I used to think along similar lines, although not quite as black and white. Until my mother got cancer (liver). She died within a year of diagnosis.
If there was a cure, it would have been more expensive to cure her, then have followup treatment, than to just treat her. This is true of many cancers.
Be at peace, many scientists are looking for a cure, when it happens, the world will no doubt find out.

the conspiracy theory that drug companies are holding back a cure because they "make too much treating it" is completely ignorant and uninformed. i wouldnt advise you to say stuff like that in public or youll look pretty stupid if youre talking to somebody who knows what they are talking about. we've been using the chemo cancer drugs for awhile, and most of them are generic now which means the major drug companies make absolutely nothing on them. the cost is more in preparing and administering them than the actual drug products themselves. they would love to find some new drugs and to exclusively patent. if we cured those illnesses, new illnesses would kill people and they would treat those. the drug companies arent hiding a cure, if they found one it would be a block buster drug and make them billions and billions of dollars. unfortunately cancer is a very complex disease and there will never be one drug that cures all types of cancer. if they did find a cure, it would be for only certain types and cure just a small portion of cancers and like i said they would make billions so they wouldnt hide it.

I have always believed that the mainstream medical industry is not interested in finding a cure for cancer because it makes too much profit with its present barbarous methods.
Eventually, I came across a detailed report which agreed with my findings, and I have included it in my web page at
http://dgwa1.fortunecity.com/body/cancer.html
By reading this report, you will also convince yourself that it is best to ignore the mainstream cancer industry, and seek alternative cures. Also you should bear in mind that the medical industry will do anything to protect its profitable position, including disparaging alternative healers or even creating bogus court cases.
Some cures are listed on the web page too.
I believe that cancer is a whole body thing, which in 80 percent of cases manifests itself by producing symptoms in the weaker parts of the body, and therefore appearing localised. It is this treatment of symptoms instead of cause which creates the profitable, yet non-successful approach of mainstream medicine.
It is therefore obvious that a holistic approach is required, based on cleansing, diet, exercise and debugging.

Our food really is our medicine. Our diets and the quality of the mass produced and chemically polluted food and water we consume are the main cause of disease.
Cancer patients often have a deadly combination of two or three different health problems. One common problem is very poor dental health that allows bacteria into the body, the second problem is often a loss of an important relationship through death or separation which impairs the body's immune system and the third and biggest problem is often an unbalanced pH level in the body.
Evidence suggests that cancer cannot live in an alkaline environment. Do a web search with the words; cancer alkaline and you will find lots of good info.

I don't think there is a cure for cancer because no $ has been put towards finding a cure... shamefully, all of the money has been put into pharmaceuticals. I am sure a cure WOULD be found if anybody was really looking for one.
The same goes for pretty much every other ailment out there. In particular, I imagine diabetes would have been cured quite a long time ago if lifelong insulin dependency wasn't so profitable for the legal drug lords.

If they did don't you think someone might know about it?
How would it stay a secret? Drug companies make mistakes like Vioxx having significant negative side effects. How could they make mistakes like that but keep something huge like the cure for cancer hidden?
Lastly, there are as many types of cancer as there are organs in your body, and they are all different, there is no one drug to treat them all, any more than one antibiotic will kill all bacteria.

Amazing....most of the responses agree with the poster.
Completely and utterly FALSE. There is no cure for cancer. No one is hiding anything. There is SO much money and fame in a cure....when it happens (and it's when not if).

many believe that there are cures for some hard-to-cure diseases but in corporate world drug companies influence hide it from average users. I haven't found a real source for this answer yet. but one of the supporters of this thought argues that "why drug companies should advertise like ask your doctor about certain drugs?" patients knows nothing about drugs. Its the doctors who will figure out whats good for patient. This selling tendency creates suspision.

it depends on the cancer. some home remedies do work but not all the time, it's in God's hands but I'd try them before chemo.
