Attends now makes a diaper with a cloth like backing that doesn't make any noise.

Hi, I'm also incontinent and have to wear a diaper 24/7. I actually wear cloth diapers all the time. You can buy them with a protective cover on them and they don't make noise like the disposable diapers do. The down side is that you have to wash them, which I do twice a week.

The only time I will wear a disposable diaper is if I'm on a business trip and don't have the time or a way to wash my cloth diapers. What I do to keep the noise down to a level that I'm sure I'm the only one that hears it is I put on a snug pair of regular cloth underpants on over the diaper. That way my pants are rubbing against the cloth and not the plastic cover of the diaper, therefore there isn't any noise.

Other than that I really don't have a good suggestion. I hope this helps.

Good luck.

Go to xpmedical.com they sell disposable diapers with cloth backings. They have two brands, attends and abri-forms that have the cloth covering. They are very quiet.

Have you actually considered cloth diapers? They have some that are all one piece so you don't have to worry about fasteners or covers. I am sure they are way more comfortable.

Best of luck to you!
