well i have to defend the ref free,s because they have the hardest job in the game..honest you try and be a ref for 1 game even a kids games and see how hard it is( and no iv never been a ref and i dont intent to the abuse they get is unbelievable) its so easy for us the spectator to critazise a ref when we get tv re-runs of fouls or pen's the ref only get 1 spilt second decision and to be honest if people dont get of the there backs we mite not have refs to do the games the dont get replays..think about it in any situation when y have had to do sumthing in a split second decision how many times have you made a mistake..nobodys is perfect..
anyhows on a scale of 1 to 10 i would give them a 6 they are better than most refs across europe

as bad as enyother refs lets be honest they get a lot erong but lets be fair they r only human lets do what they do in cricket and rugby sit the forth affisial in a room with a tv and a 2 way raidio it will take 30 seconds to in form the ref then theres no complaints from enybody it will take the preshur of reffs and every body will go home happy we lose more playing time with the teames complaining to the ref all that will stop who would be a reff enyway i no i wouldent they get all the flack so bring on t v evidence and save the poor reffs

Terrible, but there are a lot of new ref's just stepped up to Premier League grade, so hopefully they'll learn fast, but there are far to many errors and rediculous decisions at the moment. None more so than last seasons Hearts vs Rangers and the Andy Davis incident.

They are crap.
I also like ice hockey and I can tell you this I never come away moaning about the ref or the lines men they get it right. it's not offten they get things wrong but when they do it always seems to balance it self out how I dont know ??????
the refs in football need a kick up there **** and also make the test harder to pass. I have a friend who has just passed his test and says its to easy ????????

shocking , but I'm a ST MIRREN supporter and we have had nothing this season as we are only the wee team , but i assure u its turning paying fans away from the game ,because they favour the bigger teams all the time ,then against rangers one of them awards us the biggest non penalty from nowhere (but theres no way he is a Celtic supporter ) but unfortunately for us and him rangers scored another goal , but walking back up love st to the train station all conversation from both sets of fans was how sh..e the ref was
