Do you brush before or after you rinse with it?

don't overdo it, it will low the pH balance of your mouth and eventually cause the decay(cavities)

Read the bottle. It will tell you how to use it as a mouth rinse. You must mix it with half water in a cup and rinse after you brush probably works best that way. Dont do it too often, maybe once a week or just a few more.

I brush before using Hydrogen Peroxide because at least, the cavity and other impurities are lessened prior to the solution. Afterward, I rinse thoroughly. I actually learned about this technique in http://www.upkb.com/crestwhitestrips.php Visit this site if you find my suggestion interesting.

Brush before but rinse well after. Othe wise cut it 50% with water, to reduce swallowing excess.

i brush before and then again after..but you have to be careful with hydrogen peroxide because it wears down the enamel on your teeth...

rinse after... no details though just be careful you don't accidently swallow it.. it can cause you problems
