Question

i want to learn Microsoft windows ( including system tools-disc cleanup,disc defragmentor....etc)
i want to learn full Word Processing (MS Word), full Spreadsheet Package,full Presentation Package and more about MS Excel,MS Powerpoint and all can u please provide me with the required material as soon as possible.
please do help me in this matter.
