Just to say the first answer was damn right rude!
We are talking about toddlers here! RUDENESS

Anyway my niece is four and she is dressing up as a princess/fairy with wings and a wand!

Her friends are going similar but also popular is a witch!
Or whatever she is into eg: Dora the Explorer if she likes that !

Hope this Helps

Listen to what stevooo said, SHE DOES NOT NEED TO BE THAT! Stupid first answerer! My four year old twins are going to be princesses, We are doing the whole "royalty" theme. I will be queen and my husband is the king. Our oldest son, 6, is going to be a knight in shining armor and Our other son Is going to be the prince. Our youngest, 2, Will be the fairy god mother. We got one of those carts you pull kids behind a bike in and decorated it to look like a carriage. My husband will ride the bike, which is decorated like a white stallion. The princesses and prince ride in the carriage and I will carry the fairy godmother. The night, and this was his idea, is going to walk, like me. It's going to be the winner at our neighborhood family costume contest for sure. Good luck!!!!!

My 3 year old is going as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. She's loved that movie since she was a year old. My mother made her the costume. Too cute!

That last answer that person gave was very innapropriate. Anyways most 4-5 year old girls dress as princesses. But if you want to be creative why not a ladybug or a butterfly? What does she want to be when she grows up?

Princess. All you need is a tiara from Target or walmart and a fancy dress or any outfit that can be covered by a fancy shawl (any piece of rectangular fabric). Of course you can add big jewelery and lipstick is a must.
It's easy and She'll LOVE it.
