Lots of water and snack on healthy things like carrots, celery, or grapes....these kind of things crunch and are "busy" foods. They make you feel as if you are eating a lot because of the amount of chewing and the fact that they are usually something that keeps your hands busy too. I eat things like this between meals and have not problem keeping hunger at bay.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Hi,
When I get hunger cravings between meals and I know that I will be having a meal shortly, I try and avoid un-neccessary snacking by chweing suagr free gum ( 3 pieces = 5 calories) or try brushing your teeth the mint taste normally deters the need to snack

I always have a carrot with me. sometimes just a few crackers and some milk will stop the hunger. Eat small amounts more frequently, this helps your blood sugar stay level and you feel better that way. Don't starve yourself for long periods it makes it worse. Love yourself -it's the most important thing. Your mind is powerful and you can use it for your good.

Eat some protein. Like some hard cheese or meat.
If you are dieting eliminate ALL WHITE CARBOHYDRATES. It will take 2 or 3 days to eliminate the carb cravings. But once you do, read your labels.
No sweets , no pasta, bread, potatoes, rice.
High protein keeps you from starving.
Snack on almonds, nuts are high protein.

OK...i always has this problem. the best the thing to do is to drink water, but if your for that tricking ur stomach is full by liquids then just get a low fat yogurt. those always help a lot, and if the yogurt doesn't work try exercising to distract you that helps too<3

Sucking on a whole cinnamon stick... loads of water and raw veggies are full of fiber and water and you can eat mostly all you like and not get fat.
Fruits too but not as much because of the sugar content...

Drink juice of your choice, make sure you use a frozen concentrate and use pure drinking water to mix it with, not tap water.

Drinking lots of water not only makes your feel fuller and thus suppresses your appetite, but also is extremely good for you!
