porridge is low fat and very good for you. Museli is also healthy but it can also be full of sugar. Best to get a sugar free one.

breakfast cereals are great for filling you up so you don't snack before lunch. not coco pops or anything like that. Porridge, muesli ar bran flakes are filling but not fattening! With skimmed milk its even better. Just do not skip breakfast! if you rather bread then try multi grain or wholemeal rather than white, they are less fattening.

bread is much worse than any cereal.its high in fat content u need to eat a healthy breakfast thats good for you like shreddies or porridge which are slow release foods that keep u felling less hungry for longer

They are the way I eat them. I love putting a little bit of cream and then the milk! Sort of putting back the cream that's been taken out of the milk. I know it's really bad for me, but mmmmmmmmmm! I often slice a banana and drizzle a spoonful of honey on (when I run out of cream).

Some are very fattening indeed. Check the sugar and fat content on the packet.
Calories are generally recorded on the packet.

No its all bran, oats and cereal. Just fills you up, cleans you out and leaves like a flock of starlings!

porridge is best..bread only fattening when slathererd with butter..in general sugary creals are most fattening.

porridge - depends on what you have with it, sugar/honey/cream would be. but fruit etc. muesli yet again depends on where you get it from
