yes there are two outputs on the rear of a sky box, use rf out 1 and a normal coax connector, sky boxes are set to default uhf channel 68, but you can change this by pressing services ,4 ,01, select, 4, you only need to change this if u get a bad pic......that took me 10 mins to write down from one of our engineers i hope i am best answer...K

You can connect through the left/right/video jacks if your tv supports that type of input but you would need to buy a seperate scart lead than the one that comes with the sky box which has the 3 connections on the end (don't know if they have a proper name).
You can also buy a scart to normal ariel convertor but for the price they cost your better off getting a new tv instead.

connect an ordinary co-axial cable from RF out @ back of sky box to the ariel socket of TV.If u have satelite cable going from dish to box it should work

yeah you can use the red/yellow/white wires, and the older video connector style, get a better picture with scart though

You can use the RF connection, marked OUT, to your tv, then you have to tune the Tv to the output channel. You can change the channel number in the menu if it clashes.
