I got my insurance from a company that was found by entering my details on Confused.com.You can keep changing info.after each search(for example mileage per year or where you keep the car)and it comes up with new quotes from hundreds of insurance companies.

As long as they don't place their no claims on that policy they won't put their no claims at any risk. If they won't accept that just put them down as additional drivers, that will still save you money.
At age 17 Norwich Union Direct were the cheapest suppliers I cuold find, but that was 9 years ago, if your over 21 Admiral are often the best for guys.

Try Direct Line. They insured my boys for pretty much the same as you want and it was just under £1000.
