They don't make anchor bolts out of concrete, they are metal, most typically carbon steel. The anchor bolts are often set in concrete to hold equipment or building components in place.

They are usually used to carry dead loads or in certain cercumestances live loads such as pipes with running fluids.The size of bolts depends to a great deal on the load details of the objects they are carrying or supporting.
